Adaptor intern M.2 DeLOCK 90409

This Internal M.2 Adapter DeLOCK 90409 is a PCIe expansion card that provides four M.2 NVMe slots for internal installation. It supports M.2 sizes 22110, 2280, 2260 and 2242 and uses a PCIe host interface with PCIe 3.0-level performance. An active cooling system with a large heatsink and one fan ensures sufficient cooling for multiple M.2 SSDs and helps maintain sustained transfer speeds up to the card's maximum data rate of 32 Gbit/s.

Advantages

The adapter enables adding up to four M.2 SSDs simultaneously without requiring external enclosures, saving internal space and simplifying installation. The integrated heatsink and fan provide active cooling for prolonged high-load operation. The card is compatible with common M.2 module lengths and connects via a standard PCIe slot, offering broad compatibility with desktop and server systems.

How to use

Power off the system and insert the card into an available PCIe slot on the motherboard. Secure the card to the chassis, mount M.2 SSDs into the M.2 slots according to their lengths (22110/2280/2260/2242) and fasten them with the supplied screws. Connect any required internal power or fan headers if specified by the mainboard documentation. After assembling, power on the computer and verify that the BIOS/UEFI recognises the installed NVMe drives; install OS drivers if necessary.

Recommendations

Install this card in a full-size PCIe slot with sufficient airflow in the chassis. For optimal thermal performance, ensure the fan is unobstructed and consider using system fans to provide additional case ventilation when populating all four M.2 slots with high-performance NVMe SSDs.
