How to use

Thread the nut onto the SMA or RP‑SMA panel jack from the front or rear side of the panel until hand‑tight, then use an appropriate wrench to secure without over‑torquing. The locking ring or nut should hold the connector firmly against the panel to ensure stable electrical and mechanical contact. For repeated installations, inspect threads for wear and replace any deformed parts.

Recommendations

Use a correctly sized spanner and avoid excessive torque to prevent damaging the brass threads. For outdoor or high‑corrosion environments consider additional sealing or use of corrosion‑inhibiting compounds.
