Designed for aggressive material removal on metal and stone surfaces, this cup brush is suitable for derusting, stripping paint and coatings, removing heavy rust and floor coverings, cleaning formwork and facades, descaling and deburring. The product is supplied in a display box and intended for use with compatible rotary tools and angle grinders.

How to use

Install the cup brush securely in the tool’s chuck or spindle according to the power tool manufacturer’s instructions and ensure the shank (1.4 cm) is clamped firmly. Operate the tool at appropriate speed for twist-knot steel wire brushes, apply steady, even pressure and move the brush across the work surface. Avoid excessive pressure or lateral forces that can damage the wire knots or the substrate. Use appropriate coolant or intermittent passes when working on heat-sensitive surfaces to prevent overheating.
