How to use

Terminate a Category 6a cable to the outlet following the T568A or T568B wiring scheme and ensure correct pair alignment and insulation displacement according to standard wiring practice. Insert the terminated module into a compatible wall plate and secure it to the mounting box. Connect the other end of the cable to the network switch or patch panel. After installation, verify link integrity and speed using a network tester or by checking link indicators on connected equipment.

Recommendations

Use shielded or unshielded Category 6a cabling depending on your environment and grounding requirements. Keep cable runs within recommended lengths for 10 Gigabit links, and avoid tight bends near the termination. Periodically inspect terminations for secure contacts and use a cable tester after installation and when troubleshooting connectivity issues.
