Fierăstrău pentru găuri Cimco 206808

The Cimco 206808 drill hole saw is a single-piece cutting tool engineered for drilling clean, precise holes in ceramic materials. With a cutting diameter of 6.8 cm, this hole saw targets installations and repair tasks where minimal chipping and accurate edge quality are required. The tool's construction emphasizes rigidity and wear resistance to maintain cutting performance during repeated use.

Advantages

The one-piece design reduces vibration and improves concentricity for straighter holes. Its cutting geometry and material compatibility are optimized for ceramic substrates to deliver smooth cuts and reduced risk of cracking. Durable construction helps extend tool life under normal drilling conditions, and the 6.8 cm diameter covers common fixture and fitting sizes used in sanitary and tiling work.

Suitable for

• Drilling holes in ceramic tiles and porcelain
• Creating openings for plumbing fixtures and bathroom fittings
• Cutting holes for electrical boxes and wall-mounted installations in tiled surfaces
• Repair and renovation work involving ceramic surfaces

Key specifications

• Cutting diameter: 6.8 cm
• Material compatibility: ceramic and similar hard brittle materials
• Construction: single-piece hole saw
• Intended use: hand-held drills and drill stands with appropriate arbor

How to use

Mark the centre of the hole on the ceramic surface and secure the workpiece or ensure stable positioning. Use a compatible drill and arbor, apply steady moderate pressure, and keep the drill speed appropriate for ceramic materials to avoid overheating. Intermittent drilling with light coolant or water flow helps reduce dust and heat; withdraw occasionally to clear debris. Finish the hole by backing out slowly to prevent chipping on the exit side.

Recommendations

Use steady, controlled drilling speeds and water cooling when possible. Wear appropriate eye and respiratory protection to guard against ceramic dust. Verify arbor compatibility with your drill before use and avoid excessive lateral pressure to prolong tool life.
