Burghiu elicoidal Cimco 208322

The Cimco 208322 twist drill bit is designed for use with rotary hammers and delivers reliable performance for general drilling tasks. Built for right-hand rotation, this single-piece drill bit provides precision when creating holes in concrete, masonry, and other hard substrates. Its robust construction supports repeated use and maintains cutting geometry under demanding conditions, making it a practical choice for professional and DIY applications.

Advantages

The drill bit offers consistent centering and stable drilling thanks to its optimized tip geometry and shank design for rotary-hammer compatibility. Durable materials and heat-treated surfaces increase wear resistance, extending service life during frequent use. Sold individually, the single-piece format is convenient for replacing worn tools and for storing a selection of sizes for varied tasks.

How to use

Install the drill bit into the rotary hammer's chuck according to the tool manufacturer's instructions, ensuring secure locking before operation. Select an appropriate drilling speed and hammer setting for the substrate, apply steady axial pressure, and allow the tool to perform the work without excessive force. Withdraw the bit occasionally to clear dust and debris for more efficient cutting and to reduce heat buildup. Replace the bit when cutting performance visibly declines or when the tip becomes damaged.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection, and dust mask) when drilling. Match drill diameter and hammer settings to the task and substrate hardness. For prolonged service life, avoid overheating by pausing periodically during extended drilling and clear dust from the hole regularly.
