Carcasă sistem de alarmă ABUS VT5101W

The ABUS VT5101W alarm system enclosure is a compact, surface-mounted screw terminal distributor designed for tidy, easy-to-understand wiring of alarm and control installations. Made from shock-resistant white ABS, it houses twelve double screw connections and includes a tamper-protected cover contact to increase installation security. Its small footprint (65 × 18 × 65 mm) makes it suitable where space is limited while providing a durable junction point for sensors and control panels.

Advantages

The enclosure offers twelve double screw terminals for clear cable organization and reliable electrical connections. Constructed from impact-resistant ABS plastic and finished in white for a neutral appearance, it includes a cover contact that provides tamper protection. The compact dimensions allow installation in confined spaces and the surface-mounted design simplifies placement at wiring intersections.

Suitable for

• Connecting multiple alarm sensors and control panels
• Distributing wiring at building intersections
• Surface-mounted installations where a compact junction box is needed
• Indoor security system wiring requiring tamper protection

How to use

Mount the VT5101W at the chosen wiring intersection on a flat surface using appropriate screws and wall anchors. Route the cables into the enclosure, strip conductor ends, and secure each conductor under the corresponding screw terminal to ensure firm contact. Close the cover so that the cover contact engages, providing tamper monitoring as part of the alarm circuit. Verify connections and continuity before restoring power to the system.

Recommendations

The enclosure is intended for indoor use within alarm and control systems. Use correct cable cross-sections for the screw terminals and avoid over-tightening screws to prevent conductor damage. For installations involving several control panels or long cable runs, place distributors at logical intersections to keep wiring organised and easy to service.
