Cablu USB DeLOCK 3 m 2xUSB 2.0-A

The DeLOCK USB Cable 3m with two USB 2.0-A connectors extends a USB 2.0 connection and supports data transfer rates up to 0.48 Gbit/s. The cable is magnetically shielded to reduce interference and features nickel/gold plated contacts for improved durability. Its 3 meter length and black color make it suitable for connecting devices when extra reach is needed.

Advantages

The dual USB A to A design provides a straightforward extension of USB 2.0 connections without additional adapters. Magnetic shielding helps maintain signal integrity in environments with potential electromagnetic interference. Nickel/gold plated contacts increase resistance to corrosion and wear, supporting a stable connection over time.

Suitable for

• Extending the reach between a computer and USB 2.0 peripherals
• Connecting peripherals where a longer cable is required (printers, external drives, hubs)
• Temporary or permanent workstation setups that need 3 m cable length

Key specifications

• Connectors: 2× USB A (USB 2.0-A)
• USB version: USB 2.0 (high speed, up to 0.48 Gbit/s)
• Cable length: 3 m
• Colour: Black
• Contact plating: Nickel/Gold
• Shielding: Magnetic

How to use

Plug one USB A connector into the host device and the other USB A connector into the peripheral to extend an existing USB 2.0 connection. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and oriented correctly; the cable supports standard USB 2.0 signalling so no drivers are required for basic data transfer. Avoid forcing the connectors to prevent damage to ports.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the cable with USB 2.0 devices and avoid daisy-chaining multiple passive A‑to‑A extensions. Keep cable runs away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference and inspect contact plating periodically for signs of wear.
