Cablu SATA DeLOCK 85342 0,5 m

The DeLOCK 85342 SATA cable is a 0.5 m internal data cable with two SATA 7-pin connectors designed to connect SATA devices such as hard drives, SSDs, controller cards and flash memories inside a computer. It supports the SATA III specification with data transfer rates up to 6 Gb/s and is backward compatible with earlier SATA versions. The cable features locking metal clips on the connectors and a transparent/black design for visibility of the internal wiring.

Advantages

The cable supports up to 6 Gb/s transfer speed when used with SATA III devices and falls back to the respective speed of earlier SATA versions if required. Metal locking clips provide a secure connection that clicks into place. Its 0.5 m length is suitable for internal routing in typical PC cases, and the transparent elements make internal wiring visible while the black colour maintains a discreet appearance.

Suitable for

• Connecting internal HDDs and SSDs
• Connecting SATA controller cards
• Connecting internal flash memory modules
• Internal cable routing in desktop PCs and small form-factor cases

Key specifications

• Cable length: 0.5 m
• Connectors: SATA 7-pin to SATA 7-pin
• Data transfer rate: up to 6 Gb/s (SATA III)
• Compatibility: backward compatible with previous SATA versions
• Product colour: Black, Transparent

How to use

Power off the computer and disconnect it from mains power before installation. Connect one SATA 7-pin connector to the SATA port on the motherboard or controller card and the other connector to the SATA device (HDD, SSD or flash memory). Ensure the metal clips engage to secure the connection. After connecting, reconnect power and power on the system; the device should be detected by the operating system.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use the cable with devices and ports that support the same SATA generation to achieve maximum transfer rates; avoid excessive bending or sharp kinks to prevent cable damage during routing.
