Cablu SATA DeLOCK 83953 0,3 m

The DeLOCK 83953 SATA cable is a 0.3 m SATA III cable with 7-pin connectors at both ends. It extends the internal SATA interface for reliable data transfer between devices such as SSDs, HDDs and optical drives, and supports transfer rates up to 6 Gb/s while maintaining backward compatibility with earlier SATA versions.

Advantages

This SATA cable supports the SATA III standard with transfer speeds up to 6 Gb/s and is downward compatible with previous SATA versions. Its 0.3 m length is suitable for internal connections in compact PC builds. The cable has a durable construction and a black-and-red colour scheme that combines functionality with a simple visual design.

Suitable for

• Connecting 2.5" or 3.5" HDDs to a motherboard
• Connecting SATA SSDs for data and boot drives
• Connecting internal optical drives (DVD/Blu-ray)
• Extending existing internal SATA connections in small form-factor PCs

Key specifications

• Cable type: SATA III
• Cable length: 0.3 m
• Connector 1: SATA 7-pin
• Connector 2: SATA 7-pin
• Transfer rate: up to 6 Gb/s
• Product colour: Black, Red

How to use

Connect one 7-pin SATA connector to the SATA port on the motherboard and the other 7-pin connector to the SATA port on the drive. Ensure the connectors are aligned with the keyed port before applying gentle pressure. For stable operation, also connect the appropriate power cable from the power supply to the drive. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and interference with other components.

Recommendations

Use the cable for internal PC connections only. Avoid excessive bending or pulling on the cable and keep it away from moving parts such as cooling fans. If you require longer runs, choose a longer SATA cable rather than forcing this 0.3 m cable to stretch.
