Adaptor M.2 intern DeLOCK 90300

The DeLOCK 90300 is an internal PCIe adapter that adds a single M.2 slot to a desktop or server system. It accepts one M.2 module in 2280, 2260, 2242 or 2230 form factor and connects via a PCI Express interface compatible with PCIe 3.0. The adapter is compact (98 mm x 5 mm x 32 mm) and has a low profile that allows installation without removing the slot bracket and fits into 1U server chassis.

Advantages

This adapter provides a simple way to expand internal storage by adding an M.2 module through a PCIe slot. Its low height enables compatibility with systems where vertical space is limited, including 1U servers. The card supports common M.2 sizes (2280/2260/2242/2230) and is compatible with major operating systems such as Windows 10, 8.1, 7 and Linux kernel 3.17 or newer.

Key specifications

How to use

Insert the adapter into an available PCIe slot on the motherboard and secure it according to your chassis specifications. Insert a compatible M.2 module (2280/2260/2242/2230) into the M.2 slot on the adapter and fasten it with the appropriate screw. No removal of the slot bracket is required for installation in standard PCs. After hardware installation, boot the system and verify that the operating system recognizes the M.2 module; install drivers if necessary.

Recommendations

Ensure the M.2 module length matches one of the supported sizes (2280, 2260, 2242, 2230) and confirm PCIe slot compatibility on the motherboard. When installing in a server or compact chassis, check available clearance and airflow to maintain proper cooling of the M.2 module.
