Cablu patch Goobay RJ45 CAT 6A S/FTP 25 m

The Goobay RJ45 Patch Cord CAT 6A S/FTP 25m is a high-performance network cable designed for reliable, high-speed data transmission up to 10 Gbit/s. The cable features S/FTP shielding to minimise electromagnetic interference, gold-plated RJ45 connectors for improved conductivity and corrosion resistance, and robust outer sheathing for long-term mechanical protection. Compatible with CAT 7 standards, this black 25-metre patch cord is suitable for demanding networking environments in homes and businesses and supports high-resolution video transmission.

Advantages

High-quality inner conductors and S/FTP shielding ensure stable signal integrity and reduced crosstalk. Gold-plated connectors provide consistent contact and lower contact resistance. The robust cable sheath and precise connector fit make the patch cord durable and suitable for frequent use and installations where mechanical stress may occur. Compatibility with CAT 7 pinout and construction offers future-proofing for faster network setups.

Suitable for

• Structured cabling in home networks
• Office and corporate network connections
• Server rooms and data centres requiring 10 Gbit/s links
• High-resolution video transmission up to 8K @ 60 Hz and 4K @ 120 Hz
• Connections where reduced EMI and interference are needed

How to use

Connect one RJ45 connector to your network device (router, switch, patch panel or network interface) and the other connector to the target device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to guarantee reliable contact. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference; secure with cable ties or management panels as required. For optimal performance, use within specified installation practices for CAT 6A cables, maintaining proper bend radius and separation from power lines.

Recommendations

For stable 10 Gbit/s performance, use the patch cord in properly terminated and tested installations. Avoid excessive bending, compression, or prolonged mechanical stress; keep the cable away from high-power electrical lines and large transformers to reduce potential interference.
