Vinci de ridicare Einhell TC-LW 2000 2000 kg

The Einhell TC-LW 2000 lifting winch is a compact, manual hoisting tool designed for controlled vertical and horizontal pulling of loads up to 2000 kg. It comes with a 3.3 m steel cable of 6 mm diameter and a robust gearbox that transfers pulling force efficiently while keeping the device lightweight at approximately 5.2 kg. The winch is suitable for use where space is limited or portability is required, offering a straightforward mechanical solution for lifting, tensioning or hauling tasks.

Advantages

The winch combines a high maximum load capacity with a relatively small overall weight, making it easy to transport and position. The 6 mm steel cable provides abrasion resistance and secure load handling; the 3.3 m length allows for a wide range of mounting and operating configurations. The mechanical design minimizes maintenance needs and provides reliable force transmission for repetitive lifting or pulling operations.

Suitable for

• Lifting and lowering heavy components in workshops and garages
• Pulling vehicles or equipment in recovery and towing situations
• Tensioning cables, anchors or fencing on construction and maintenance sites
• Hoisting materials onto trailers or small scaffolds

Key specifications

• Maximum load capacity: 2000 kg
• Cable length: 3.3 m
• Cable diameter: 6 mm (steel)
• Net weight: approximately 5.2 kg
• Pack depth: 141 mm (compact dimensions for storage)

How to use

Secure the winch to a suitable anchor point using appropriate mounting hardware rated for the intended load. Unwind the cable and attach the hook to the load with a certified connection. Operate the winch according to the mechanical lever or ratchet mechanism: apply steady, controlled force and avoid sudden jerks. Monitor the load and cable alignment during operation to prevent side loading or kinking. After use, retract the cable fully, inspect for wear, and store the winch in a dry place.

Recommendations

Always verify that the anchor points, slings and hooks used with the winch are rated above the intended load and are free from damage. Do not exceed the specified maximum load capacity of 2000 kg. Use personal protective equipment as appropriate, keep bystanders clear of the load path, and follow local safety regulations for lifting operations. Regularly inspect the cable for fraying or corrosion and replace it if any damage is detected.
