Unitate de fixare Lexmark 40X6630

The Lexmark 40X6630 fuser is a high-capacity maintenance component engineered for heavy-duty office printing. Designed for compatibility with Lexmark C950de and C950dte printers, this fuser supports a page yield of approximately 320,000 pages and is intended to restore or maintain reliable fusing performance and consistent print quality in high-volume environments. Installing a properly functioning fuser helps prevent paper jams, reduces print defects, and supports uninterrupted workflow in busy workgroups.

Advantages

The fuser offers a long service life suitable for large print volumes and is manufactured to meet the thermal and mechanical requirements of the specified Lexmark printer models. It provides consistent toner fixation across a wide range of media weights and supports stable operation under sustained duty cycles. Using an original manufacturer fuser helps preserve image fidelity, reduces the need for repeated reprints, and contributes to predictable maintenance intervals.

Suitable for

• High-volume office printing and production departments
• Busy workgroups requiring minimal downtime
• Environments printing mixed media and coated papers
• Maintenance cycles where scheduled component replacement is required

Key specifications

• Approximate page yield: 320,000 pages
• Designed for use with Lexmark C950de and Lexmark C950dte printers
• Function: fixes toner to paper through heat and pressure
• Compatibility: supports a range of media weights commonly used in office printing
• Intended application: high-duty commercial/office environments

How to use

Power off the printer and allow it to cool before attempting service. Remove the access panels according to the printer service instructions, take out the old fuser module, and install the replacement by aligning it to the guide rails and securing any retainers. Reattach access panels and power on the printer, then run any recommended calibration or maintenance cycle provided by the printer firmware to ensure the device recognizes the new fuser. Follow safety guidelines to avoid burns from hot surfaces and consult the printer manual for model-specific steps.

Recommendations

Use the fuser in accordance with the printer manufacturer's maintenance schedule and replace it when print quality degrades or error messages indicate fuser end-of-life. Use appropriate media settings in the printer driver to match paper type and weight, and perform regular cleaning and preventive maintenance to extend service life and ensure consistent results.
