How to use

Insert the recommended batteries into the lockable compartment and secure the screw if required for restricted access. Point the remote toward the TV’s IR receiver and press the power button to switch the TV on or off. Use the press buttons to navigate menus, adjust volume and change channels. Press the YouTube button to open the YouTube app on supported Philips TVs, or press the Cast button to display connection information for Cast-enabled devices and begin streaming. If the on-screen low-battery notification appears, replace the batteries promptly to maintain full functionality.

Recommendations

Store the remote in a dry location away from direct sunlight. Use non-rechargeable alkaline batteries recommended by the device manufacturer for consistent runtime, and check the lock screw periodically in shared or public settings to prevent unauthorized battery removal. If the remote becomes unresponsive, replace the batteries and verify the TV’s IR receiver is unobstructed.
