Tavă multifuncțională Lexmark 21K0567

The Lexmark 21K0567 Multi-Purpose tray is an add-on paper handling accessory designed to expand the media capacity and versatility of compatible Lexmark printers. It supports a wide range of paper sizes and weights, accommodates labels and card stock, and increases overall sheet capacity to reduce reload frequency for demanding print environments.

Advantages

This multi-purpose tray accepts various media types including A4, A5 (long edge fed), Letter, Legal, Executive, Folio, JIS B5, Oficio and Statement, and is compatible with several Lexmark models such as the CS820 and CX860 series. It supports paper weights from 60 to 176 gsm (16 to 47 lb.) allowing use of standard office paper, heavier card stock and labels. The tray provides tray-present, tray-low and tray-empty sensing for accurate status reporting and has a total capacity of up to 550 sheets, which helps reduce interruptions and increase productivity in medium- to high-volume printing environments.

Suitable for

• Offices requiring extended paper capacity and diverse media handling
• Print jobs that use mixed media: plain paper, card stock and labels
• Workflows needing reliable tray sensing and status monitoring
• Environments with occasional use of non-standard paper sizes (A5, Executive, JIS B5, Oficio)

How to use

Install the Lexmark 21K0567 Multi-Purpose tray into the designated bay on a compatible Lexmark printer following the printer manufacturer’s mounting instructions. Adjust the paper guides to match the chosen media size, load the paper or media stack face and orientation according to the printer’s guidance, and close the tray until it latches. Verify that the printer recognizes the additional tray in its configuration menu and confirm media type and size settings if the printer prompts for them.

Recommendations

For reliable feeding and sensing, use media within the specified weight range (60–176 gsm) and keep stacks neatly aligned without overfilling beyond the indicated capacity. When printing labels or card stock, allow the tray and printer to cool between heavy runs and verify label compatibility to avoid adhesive transfer. Regularly check the tray sensors and guides for dust or debris to maintain consistent operation.
