Switch neadministrat Digitus DN-95340 8 porturi Gigabit

The DIGITUS Unmanaged Switch DN-95340 is an 8-port Gigabit network switch with integrated Power over Ethernet (PoE) functionality, designed for fast and cost-effective integration into small and medium-sized networks. The desktop-sized switch offers Gigabit Ethernet speeds on all eight RJ-45 ports and supports IEEE 802.3at PoE to supply power and data over a single cable, reducing the need for additional power supplies and extensive cabling. The fanless design ensures quiet operation suitable for offices and meeting rooms, and the device requires no configuration for immediate use.

Advantages

The switch delivers eight Gigabit PoE ports with a total PoE budget of 131 Watts, enabling centralized power delivery for access points, IP telephones, network cameras and other PoE-capable devices. Its unmanaged nature allows plug-and-play installation without setup, while a 16 Gbit/s switching capacity and a MAC address table support reliable performance in small network environments. The compact, black desktop design and silent fanless operation make it appropriate for noise-sensitive locations.

Suitable for

• Small office and home office networks
• Connecting wireless access points and IP cameras
• Powering and connecting IP telephones and PoE devices
• Expanding network ports where power outlets are limited

How to use

Place the switch on a stable desktop or shelf near your network equipment. Connect your router or uplink device to one of the Gigabit ports using a Cat5e or higher Ethernet cable. Plug PoE-capable devices—such as wireless access points, IP cameras or IP phones—into the remaining RJ-45 ports; the switch will deliver both data and power over the same cable. No management or configuration is required; devices will be detected and supplied with PoE power automatically up to the available 131 W budget.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, distribute PoE-powered devices across ports to avoid exceeding the 131 W total budget and use Cat5e or better cables for Gigabit performance. Place the fanless switch in a well-ventilated area free from direct heat sources. Verify device PoE requirements against the IEEE 802.3at standard to ensure compatibility.
