Șurub Fischer 665071 35 mm

The fischer drywall screw FSN-TPB-F (Fischer 665071) is a 35 mm hardened, phosphate-treated metal screw with a fine thread and drill tip designed for fastening gypsum plasterboards and gypsum fibreboards to wooden studs or metal profiles up to 2 mm thick, as well as for joining metal profiles. Thread length is 31 mm and diameter is 3.5 mm; sold in packs of 1000.

Advantages

The fine thread and drill tip enable fast, secure penetration into metal subframes and wood, while the hardened steel construction with phosphate treatment provides corrosion protection and reliable performance. The deep bit socket ensures a secure fit with the driver, reducing cam-out and extending tool life. Fischer’s drywall screw range covers common requirements for varied drywall constructions.

Suitable for

• Fixing gypsum plasterboard to wooden studs
• Fixing gypsum fibreboard to wooden studs
• Attaching boards to metal profiles up to 2 mm thick
• Joining metal profiles
• General drywall and interior partition installations

Key specifications

• Brand: FISCHER
• Model / MPN: 665071 (FSN-TPB-F)
• Length: 35 mm
• Thread length: 31 mm
• Diameter: 3.5 mm
• Material / finish: hardened steel, phosphate-treated
• Drill tip: integrated drill point for metal subframes
• Pack quantity: 1000 pieces

How to use

Select the appropriate screw length and a compatible driver bit. Position the plasterboard or fibreboard against the wooden stud or metal profile, then drive the screw through the board into the subframe. For metal profiles up to 2 mm, the drill tip will create the pilot hole as the screw advances. Drive until the screw head is flush with the board surface without over-tightening to avoid damaging the board.

Recommendations

Use with a suitable magnetic or deep-socket bit to ensure secure seating in the bit socket. For external or highly humid environments, verify additional corrosion protection is required since phosphate treatment provides basic corrosion resistance but may not be sufficient for all conditions.
