Șurub/Bulon KS Tools 970.0390

The KS Tools 970.0390 set includes 106 screws and bolts manufactured to DIN 912 standards and supplied as a comprehensive assortment for general fastening tasks. The pack, weighing approximately 650 g, contains a range of hexagon socket head cap screws designed for mechanical assemblies, repairs, and maintenance where consistent thread form and strength are required.

Advantages

The set provides a wide range of sizes in one convenient package, reducing the need to source individual fasteners. Conformance to DIN 912 ensures standardised dimensions and thread profiles for compatibility with commonly used components. The assortment is lightweight to carry and store, and the screws are suitable for repeated use in assemblies that require reliable clamping force and precise torque application.

Suitable for

• Mechanical and industrial assembly work
• Maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
• Prototype building and workshop projects
• Electromechanical installations requiring hex socket fasteners

Key specifications

• Quantity: 106 pieces
• Standard: DIN 912 (hexagon socket head cap screws)
• Weight (approximate): 650 g for the full set
• Head type: hexagon socket (internal hex)
• Application: metric threaded fasteners for machine assembly and repair

How to use

Select the appropriate screw size from the set for the components being joined. Use the correct size hex key or Allen wrench to engage the internal hex drive, and apply torque gradually to avoid stripping the socket or overstressing the fastened parts. For assemblies requiring precise clamping, tighten screws in a cross pattern where applicable and use a calibrated torque tool when specified by component manufacturers.

Recommendations

Store screws in a dry environment to prevent surface corrosion and keep sizes separated to simplify selection. When fastening into tapped holes or nuts, ensure threads are clean and free of debris; if required, apply an appropriate thread lubricant or locking compound consistent with the materials and working conditions.
