Radiator Intel CYP1UHSSTD negru

The Intel CYP1UHSSTD Black heatsink is designed for efficient thermal management in 1U server environments. It provides a low-profile solution that helps maintain stable processor temperatures and supports continuous operation in space-constrained rack servers. The black finish offers a uniform appearance compatible with many server chassis while focusing on heat dissipation performance.

Advantages

This heatsink delivers a compact, low-profile design suited for 1U server height constraints while facilitating heat transfer away from the processor. Its construction is intended to support reliable cooling in dense server configurations, helping to reduce thermal throttling and maintain sustained CPU performance. The black exterior provides corrosion-resistant visual uniformity for rack installations.

Suitable for

• 1U rack-mounted servers and blade systems
• Data center and enterprise server deployments with limited vertical space
• Environments requiring a low-profile processor cooling solution

Key specifications

• Form factor: low-profile heatsink designed for 1U server chassis
• Finish: black exterior
• Primary function: passive/active heat dissipation for processors in compact server environments

How to use

Install the heatsink onto the compatible processor mounting area of a 1U server following the server manufacturer's installation instructions. Ensure proper seating and contact with thermal interface material between the processor and heatsink surface. If the server design uses directed airflow or fan modules, position the heatsink so that air passes through or across the cooling fins as intended by the chassis airflow design.

Recommendations

Use with Intel-compatible 1U server platforms and verify mechanical compatibility with the specific chassis and processor socket before installation. Apply an appropriate thermal interface material and confirm airflow within the server enclosure is sufficient for the intended workload.
