Rack independent EFB Elektronik PRO-4288GR.0D

The EFB Elektronik PRO-4288GR.0D is a 19" freestanding 42U rack frame built to DIN41494 standards. Constructed from screwed steel sheet and delivered completely pre-assembled, the cabinet is self-ventilated and detachable. It includes four galvanised 19" profiles (two front, two rear) with stepless depth adjustment and contrarily numbered rack units. The delivery does not include front/rear doors or side panels to allow modular individual configuration; installed doors can be fitted with a left- or right-sided door stop. The roof and bottom each have four pre-punched openings (450 x 90 mm) for cable entry and for mounting fan units; for the 600 mm cabinet width variant, cable entry is rear only. All cabinet sections are internally earthed.

How to use

Position the pre-assembled rack where required, ensuring sufficient clearance for ventilation and cable access. Adjust the front and rear 19" profiles to the required depth for your equipment and secure devices using standard 19" mounting hardware. If doors or side panels are required, select compatible modules and fit them using the provided fixing points; door stops can be set left or right. Use the pre-punched roof and bottom openings for routed cables or for installing fan units; observe the rear-only cable entry restriction for 600 mm width models. Connect earthing as part of your site grounding procedure.

Recommendations

When installing equipment, distribute weight evenly across the rack and secure heavy items toward the bottom to maintain stability.
