The design minimizes clutter while providing a straightforward means of adding a convenient socket where needed.

Suitable for

• Extending the reach of existing wall outlets for household devices
• Temporary power access for office equipment and peripherals
• Connecting lamps, phone chargers and small appliances in living or work areas
• Situations where a compact, single-socket extension is preferable

Key specifications

• Purpose: single-socket power extension for mains outlets
• Form factor: compact, single-unit design suitable for close-to-wall installation
• Intended environment: indoor use in residential and office settings
• Electrical use: designed for standard mains voltage and typical household/office loads

How to use

Insert the power extension directly into a compatible wall socket, ensuring the mains supply is switched off or devices are unplugged during insertion if required by local safety practice. Once seated, plug the electrical device into the extension socket and restore power. Position the extension to avoid strain on the connection and ensure cords do not create a trip hazard. Regularly check the connection for any signs of overheating or damage and disconnect before performing maintenance on connected devices.

Recommendations

Use the extension only with devices whose combined current draw does not exceed the rating of the wall outlet or the extension. Avoid using the extension with high-power appliances such as heaters, cookers or large air conditioners. Ensure installation in dry, indoor locations and inspect periodically for wear; replace the extension if the casing, plug or contacts show visible damage.
