Prelungitor cablu Alphacool 18674 plastic negru 300 mm

The Alphacool 18674 is a 300 mm extension cable for 4-pin PWM fans, finished in black plastic with a sleeved outer layer for added protection and durability. It extends the reach of fan cabling to simplify routing and installation in PC cases while maintaining PWM control for compatible fans.

Advantages

The sleeving increases mechanical protection and reduces wear on the cable, while the plastic connectors preserve signal integrity for PWM control. The 300 mm length offers greater flexibility for cable management in mid-tower and full-tower systems without introducing additional adapters.

Suitable for

• Extending 4-pin PWM fan cables inside desktop PC cases
• Improving cable routing for radiators, fan controllers and fan hubs
• Setups where extra cable length is needed for optimal airflow or component placement

Key specifications

• Brand: Alphacool
• Model / MPN: 18674
• EAN: 4250197186742
• Connector type: 4-pin PWM fan extension
• Material: black plastic with sleeving
• Length: 300 mm

How to use

Disconnect the fan or fan header before connecting the extension. Plug the extension's female connector into the fan's male plug and then connect the extension's male connector to the motherboard fan header, fan controller or hub, ensuring correct pin alignment for PWM control. Route the sleeved cable along case channels or behind the motherboard tray for tidy cable management.

Recommendations

For reliable PWM performance, avoid excessive bending near the connectors and keep the cable away from sharp edges. Use the 300 mm length to route cables out of airflow paths and secure with cable ties if necessary.
