Metabo WVB 18 LT BL 11-125 Quick polizor unghiular cu acumulator – 125 mm, 18 V, fără acumulator (613057840)

The Metabo 613057840 angle grinder is a battery-powered tool designed for versatile grinding and cutting tasks. It incorporates a brushless motor that delivers efficient power management and longer runtime. With a grinding disc diameter of 12.5 cm and a maximum idle speed of 10,000 RPM, the tool provides a cutting depth up to 2.7 cm while maintaining a compact weight of 1.8 kg. The 18 V power supply and built-in overload protection support sustained operation and improved durability for demanding projects.

Advantages

The brushless motor reduces maintenance and improves energy conversion, resulting in longer battery life compared with brushed motors. The compact and lightweight design at 1.8 kg makes the angle grinder easier to handle during extended use. Overload protection helps prevent motor damage under heavy loads, and the 10,000 RPM no-load speed ensures consistent cutting and grinding performance. The tool’s colour scheme in green and black supports clear visual identification on the jobsite.

Suitable for

• Cutting metal sheets and rebar
• Grinding welds and edges
• Removing rust and old paint with abrasive discs
• Shaping and finishing stone or concrete surfaces
• General workshop and on-site fabrication tasks

Key specifications

• Power type: battery-powered, 18 V
• Motor type: brushless
• Grinding disc diameter: 12.5 cm
• Maximum no-load speed: 10,000 RPM
• Maximum cutting depth: 2.7 cm
• Weight: 1.8 kg

How to use

Fit an appropriate 125 mm abrasive or cutting disc compatible with the tool’s guard and flange. Secure the battery of the correct voltage rating into the handle and verify the overload protection is active. Hold the grinder with both hands, one on the side handle and one on the main body, keep a steady position, and start the tool at no-load to check rotation before applying it to the workpiece. Apply moderate, consistent pressure when cutting or grinding; avoid forcing the disc into the material to prevent overheating and excessive wear. After use, allow the tool to come to a complete stop and remove the battery before changing accessories or performing maintenance.

Recommendations

Use discs and accessories rated for 12,5 cm (125 mm) diameter and the tool’s maximum speed. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (eye protection, gloves, hearing protection and dust mask) and ensure the work area is well ventilated. For prolonged tasks, use fully charged batteries and monitor the grinder for signs of overload or unusual vibration; allow the tool to cool if heavy loads trigger overload protection.
