Penar rigid HERMA 20016

The HERMA 20016 hard pencil case is a semi-transparent, green-edged A4+ storage bag measuring 36 x 28 cm with a practical corner zip. Made from sturdy, mesh-reinforced transparent foil (EVA), it gives a clear view of contents while protecting against dirt, grime and moisture. The size and durable construction make it suitable for documents, tablets and stationery, and the product is offered in a range of five edge colours for easy visual organisation.

Advantages

The hard pencil case combines abrasion-resistant, resilient EVA material with mesh reinforcement for added durability. Its semi-transparent design allows quick content identification without opening, while the corner zip secures items and provides easy access. The available colour-coding option supports fast sorting and retrieval.

How to use

Place documents, stationery or a tablet inside the pencil case and close the corner zip to secure contents. For transport, position the case flat or upright in a bag or backpack to minimise pressure on items. Use the transparent view to check contents quickly without unzipping. For colour-coded organisation, allocate one edge colour to a specific subject or project and keep related materials together.

Recommendations

Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary; avoid high heat and sharp objects to maintain the EVA material and mesh reinforcement. For long-term storage of documents, keep the case dry and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent material ageing.
