Adaptor de partajare cablu BTR NETCOM 130548-01-E

The BTR NETCOM 130548-01-E cable sharing adapter enables two independent 4‑wire services (for example 2 x ISDN telephone lines) to operate simultaneously over a single 8‑wire installation cable. The product is supplied as a set of two adapters (one to be used at the wall outlet and one at the distributor) and features a compact, side‑by‑side plug arrangement and a short, flexible interconnect cable. The adapter is shielded and meets Class E transmission characteristics in the link according to IEC 11801 and EN 50173-1.

Advantages

Shielded construction provides improved immunity to interference and preserves signal quality for both connected 4‑wire services. Compliance with Class E link requirements (IEC 11801 / EN 50173-1) ensures predictable transmission behaviour in structured cabling environments. The compact form factor allows plugs to sit side by side in crowded outlets, and the included short, flexible cable reduces strain and simplifies installation. Delivered as a matched pair, the set supports straightforward pairwise deployment (one adapter at each end of the line).

Suitable for

• Splitting one 8‑wire installation into two independent 4‑wire telephone/ISDN services
• Use where space at the outlet is limited and side‑by‑side plug placement is required
• Structured cabling links requiring Class E transmission performance
• Temporary or permanent installations that need a compact, shielded adapter pair

How to use

Install one adapter at the wall outlet and the matching adapter at the distribution point so that the single 8‑wire installation cable carries two separate 4‑wire telephone services. Connect each service to the corresponding 4‑wire plug on the adapters. Because the adapters are shielded and designed to meet Class E link characteristics, no additional active components are required for basic pairing and signal routing. The short, flexible connection cable minimizes bending stress and helps keep connections tidy.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the adapter pair in compliant structured cabling environments and ensure both adapters are installed as a matched pair (one at each end). Check that connected telephone/ISDN equipment is correctly wired for 4‑wire operation and that the building cabling conforms to shielding and Class E requirements to maintain transmission quality.
