Mașină de șlefuit pardoseli Graphite 59G348

The GRAPHITE 59G348 eccentric sander is a compact 300 W sanding machine with a 125 mm sanding pad and 1 mm oscillation amplitude. It operates at speeds from 7,000 to 13,000 rpm, includes built-in dust extraction and comes with three 125 mm Velcro sandpapers and a collection container. Weighing approximately 1.21–1.33 kg, the tool is designed for one-handed use with a non-slip handle and stepped speed settings (1–6) for better control while sanding and smoothing surfaces.

Advantages

Variable speed control (1–6) enables precise adjustment of sanding aggressiveness. The integrated dust extraction reduces airborne dust and helps keep the work area cleaner. A compact size and non-slip handle support comfortable one-handed operation, and included Velcro sandpaper discs allow immediate use out of the box.

Suitable for

• Sanding and finishing wooden floors and panels
• Removing old coatings and preparing surfaces for painting or varnishing
• Light-duty smoothing of furniture and trim

How to use

Attach an appropriate 125 mm Velcro sanding disc to the pad, connect the dust collection container or a compatible vacuum if required, and select the speed setting that matches the material and desired finish. Start the sander on the workpiece with light pressure, move it steadily across the surface and avoid holding it stationary to prevent uneven sanding. Adjust speed to lower settings for finishing and higher settings for faster material removal.

Recommendations

For best results, begin sanding with coarser grit and progressively switch to finer grits. Use the dust extraction and appropriate personal protective equipment such as a dust mask and eye protection. Test on a small inconspicuous area before full treatment to confirm speed and abrasive selection.
