Mapă de documente convențională HERMA 19377

The HERMA 19377 Conventional file folder is made from durable polypropylene (PP) and designed to hold A3-format documents. Measuring 335 mm wide and 440 mm high, this single-folder solution protects papers from dust, creases and light moisture while offering a multicolour appearance for quick visual sorting. The folder is sold individually and suited to everyday filing needs in offices, studios and home workspaces.

Advantages

The polypropylene construction provides tear resistance and long-term dimensional stability without adding significant weight. The A3 accommodation and slightly over-sized dimensions ensure that documents, drawings or large prints can be stored flat without folding. The multicolour design improves organization by making folders easy to identify at a glance. The folder’s smooth surface is easy to wipe clean and resists staining from pens and light spills.

How to use

Insert A3 documents into the folder so that the longest edges align with the folder height. Slide papers in carefully to avoid folding corners; for thin or loose sheets, group them before inserting to maintain neatness. Store the folder upright in a shelf or flat in a drawer depending on available space. When transporting, place the folder inside a protective carrying case or between rigid supports to minimise bending of contents.

Recommendations

For prolonged protection of sensitive materials or prints, use acid-free interleaving sheets inside the folder. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent colour fading. Clean the surface with a soft cloth and mild detergent if necessary, and avoid sharp objects that may puncture the polypropylene.

HERMA 19377 is a practical choice for users needing straightforward, visible organisation and dependable protection for A3 papers in everyday environments.
