Kit de montaj Bachmann 911.503, negru

CONI COVER built-in frames are available in short and long versions and are designed to be flush-mounted into desks or tables. The R5 corner radius allows the frame to sit neatly in the cut-out, while the 24 mm built-in depth is suitable for tabletops with a minimum thickness of 16 mm. Fixing to the desk or tabletop is done with four screws inserted from the inside through pre-drilled holes along the long sides. Fitting instructions and cut-out dimensions are supplied with the unit.

Advantages

The Mounting Kit Bachmann 911.503 Black provides a compact, low-profile solution for integrating devices into furniture. Its standardized R5 corner radius and 24 mm installation depth simplify planning and ensure compatibility with thin tabletops. Internal screw fixation offers a secure attachment without visible external fasteners, and the kit includes installation instructions and cut-out dimensions for accurate fitting.

How to use

Mark and cut the tabletop opening according to the supplied cut-out dimensions. Insert the chosen CONI COVER frame (short or long) into the opening so the R5 corners align with the cut edges. From beneath the tabletop, secure the frame by driving the four screws through the pre-drilled holes on the long sides. Fit the desired power or connectivity module into the mounted frame and follow the module manufacturer’s instructions for final electrical or data connections.

Recommendations

Ensure the tabletop thickness is at least 16 mm before installation. Use the supplied fitting instructions and cut-out template to avoid incorrect cuts. Tighten the internal screws evenly to maintain a flush finish and prevent distortion of the frame. For electrical installations, follow local regulations and the module manufacturer’s installation guidelines.
