Colier de cablu Hellermann Tyton 111-05210

The Hellermann Tyton 111-05210 cable tie is a durable polyamide fastening solution in black, designed to organize and secure cable bundles. Measuring 300 mm in length, 4.6 mm in width and 1.2 mm in thickness, this cable tie closes reliably around cables and harnesses and is supplied in packs of 100 pieces for bulk use in installation, maintenance, or manufacturing environments.

Advantages

Made from robust polyamide material, this cable tie offers mechanical strength, good flexibility and resistance to common wear during handling and installation. Its 300 mm length and narrow 4.6 mm profile provide a balance between secure bundling capacity and neat appearance. The self-locking head ensures a fast, one-handed installation while the black colour helps conceal bundles and reduce visual contrast in finished assemblies.

Suitable for

• Cable management in data centers and server racks
• Electrical and telecommunication installations
• Automotive harness bundling and workshop repairs
• Industrial machinery wiring and control panels
• Temporary or permanent fastening in construction sites

Key specifications

• Material: polyamide (nylon)
• Colour: black
• Length: 300 mm
• Width: 4.6 mm
• Thickness: 1.2 mm
• Maximum bundle diameter: 85 mm
• Pack quantity: 100 pieces

How to use

Insert the tail of the cable tie through the head and pull until the desired tension is reached, ensuring cables are grouped without excessive compression. For final trimming, cut the excess tail close to the head to prevent protruding ends. Use appropriate tensioning tools when uniform or high-torque tightening is required to maintain consistent installation quality across multiple ties.

Recommendations

Store cable ties in a dry, shaded area away from direct sunlight and strong chemical vapours to preserve material properties. Avoid over-tightening on sensitive cable jackets to prevent deformation; select a larger width or additional protection (e.g., edge guards) when bundling thicker or delicate cable assemblies.
