Extractor șuruburi/bolțuri Gedore R68003010

The Gedore R68003010 screw/bolt extractor is a hand tool designed to remove damaged, rounded or seized screws and bolts. Built from heat-treated steel with a precision-machined extraction tip, this extractor provides reliable bite and torque transfer to pull fasteners without further damaging the workpiece. The compact design fits a range of bolt head sizes and integrates with common sockets or drivers for straightforward use in automotive, industrial and workshop environments.

Advantages

The extractor offers durable construction and wear resistance for repeated use under high torque. Its optimized geometry improves grip on stripped heads and minimizes slippage during extraction. Compatibility with standard drive tools and sockets reduces the need for specialized adapters, while the compact profile allows access to confined or recessed fasteners.

Suitable for

• Removing rounded or corroded hex-head bolts and screws
• Automotive repairs and maintenance
• Workshop and machinery maintenance
• Home DIY projects involving seized fasteners

Key specifications

• Material: heat-treated alloy steel for strength and wear resistance
• Finish: corrosion-resistant coating
• Drive compatibility: fits standard socket/drivers (square drive interface)
• Application range: suitable for multiple common bolt/screw head sizes
• Design: precision-machined extraction tip for secure engagement

How to use

Select an extractor size that corresponds to the damaged fastener. Secure the extractor in a compatible socket or driver and position the tip onto the damaged head, ensuring full contact. Apply steady torque in the loosening direction; if necessary, use penetrating oil before attempting extraction to reduce corrosion and ease removal. Work gradually to avoid applying excessive force that could further deform the fastener or damage surrounding material.

Recommendations

For best results, clean the fastener area before use and allow penetrating lubricant to penetrate for several minutes on corroded bolts. Use appropriate personal protective equipment and apply controlled torque to avoid tool or fastener breakage. Store the extractor in a dry place to maintain its condition.
