How to use

Insert A4 sheets into the folder by sliding them in along the open edge so that pages align with the folder’s dimensions. Use the folder for short-term document transport or as part of a filing routine on shelves or in cupboards. For archiving, combine several folders in appropriately labelled boxes or binders. Avoid overfilling to prevent deformation of the folder and to keep documents flat and protected.

Recommendations

Store the folder in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to preserve the cardboard integrity. For prolonged storage or frequently handled documents, consider using additional protective covers or archival boxes to increase longevity.
