Recommendations

For best performance, connect the hub to a host USB-C port that supports USB 3.0/3.2 Gen 1 and, when using 4K output, ensure the display and HDMI cable support 4K@30Hz. Use a PD charger rated for sufficient wattage to power your laptop (up to 60W). Avoid exposing the aluminium body to prolonged moisture; keep the included pouch for safe transport.
