How to use

Fit a disc to a compatible 125 mm hook-and-loop sander by aligning the punch holes where applicable and pressing the quick-stick backing onto the sander pad. Start sanding at low to medium speed and apply even pressure, moving the sander steadily across the workpiece. Replace discs when abrasive cutting becomes less effective to maintain an even finish.

Recommendations

For best results when sanding wood, begin with a coarser grit (if available) to remove material quickly, then progress to finer grits for a smooth finish. When working on metal, ensure the surface is free of loose debris and use appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection and a dust mask.
