Deflector Lexmark cu senzor (trecere)

Engineered with a high-speed optical sensor that detects paper presence in milliseconds, the Lexmark Deflector with Sensor (Pass-Through) is a critical component for maintaining precise paper handling in compatible Lexmark printers. This genuine OEM part combines a durable deflector guide with an infrared transmissive sensor to ensure accurate media detection at every pass.

Overview

The Lexmark Deflector with Sensor (Pass-Through) is a field-replaceable unit designed for specific Lexmark laser and multifunction printers. It integrates a paper path deflector with an optical sensor (infrared LED and phototransistor) that uses a transmissive detection method: when paper interrupts the light beam, the sensor signals paper presence. This binary detection is essential for proper timing in feed, duplex, and exit paths. Constructed from high-grade ABS plastic with metal contacts, the unit connects via a 2-pin or 3-pin JST-style connector and operates on 3.3V to 5V DC with low current consumption (<20mA). It is intended for installation by a qualified technician to restore reliable paper handling.
