Conector RJ-45 UTP Cat.5e Lindy 62405

The Lindy RJ-45 Connector UTP Cat.5e (pack of 10) provides transparent crimp-style connectors designed for stranded core Ethernet cable. Compatible with Category 5 and Category 5e patch cables, these connectors are intended for creating or repairing network leads and carry a 10-year warranty.

Advantages

These RJ-45 connectors are transparent to allow easy wire alignment during crimping and are specified for stranded UTP cable, supporting both Cat5 and Cat5e performance levels. Supplied in a pack of 10, they suit small installations or repairs and are easy to use with standard crimping tools.

Suitable for

• Making custom Ethernet patch cables
• Repairing damaged RJ-45 ends on stranded UTP cable
• Small office or home network installations

Key specifications

• Connector type: RJ-45
• Cable compatibility: Stranded UTP
• Category support: Cat5, Cat5e
• Pack quantity: 10 pieces
• Product colour: Transparent
• Warranty: 10 years

How to use

Strip approximately 10–15 mm of the cable sheath to expose the twisted pairs, untwist and arrange the conductors to the desired wiring standard (T568A or T568B). Insert the wires fully into the RJ-45 connector so each conductor reaches its contact. Use a compatible crimping tool to crimp the connector onto the cable, then test the finished cable with a network tester to verify continuity and correct pairing.

Recommendations

Use with stranded UTP cable only; solid-core cable requires different connector types. For reliable results, pair these connectors with a suitable ratchet crimp tool and verify cables with a network tester after crimping.
