Clește cu vârf ascuțit Knipex 35 32 115

The Knipex 35 32 115 needle-nose pliers are precision pliers designed for fine assembly and repair tasks in electronics and precision mechanics. They have a jaw width of 1 mm and a jaw length of 2.25 cm, with a total tool length of 115 mm and a weight of 72 g, making them easy to handle when reaching into tight spaces and gripping small components securely. The pliers are forged from special tool steel and oil-hardened for durability.

Advantages

These precision pliers feature a sturdy, zero-backlash box joint and smooth ground gripping surfaces with carefully deburred edges to protect delicate parts. A low-friction double spring provides gentle and even opening. The polished or mirror-polished finish (mirror polish on finish 2) combined with a fine oil film offers effective rust protection without causing circuit faults due to peeling chrome. Overall construction is optimized for reliable, long-lasting use in sensitive assembly environments.

Suitable for

• Electronics assembly and repair
• Fine mechanics and precision engineering
• Gripping, holding and bending small parts
• Work in confined or narrow spaces

How to use

Grip the pliers by the handles and position the needle-nose jaws around the small component or wire. Use the smooth, ground gripping surfaces to hold, bend or manipulate parts with controlled pressure. For access in confined spaces, insert the slim jaws and apply steady, precise movements. After use, operate the double spring gently to open the jaws and avoid unnecessary stress on the joint.

Recommendations

For long service life and to maintain the protective oil film, wipe the tool clean after use and store it dry. Avoid cutting hardened wire or using the pliers as a hammer to prevent damage to the jaws and joint.
