Cablu patch Equip Cat.6 S/FTP, 0,25 m, roz

The Equip Cat.6 S/FTP Patch Cable (0.25 m) is a high-quality network cable designed for reliable Gigabit Ethernet connections. It features S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and gold-plated RJ-45 connectors for consistent contact and longevity. The 0.25 m length is suited for short connections in racks, patch panels or between nearby devices, and the pink jacket provides an easy visual identifier.

Advantages

The Cat.6 construction offers higher bandwidth and improved signal-to-noise margin compared with lower category cables, enabling stable data transmission up to 1000 Mbit/s. S/FTP shielding adds protection against crosstalk and external interference, while gold-plated RJ-45 plugs ensure reliable connectivity and corrosion resistance. Compact 0.25 m length reduces clutter in patching installations.

Suitable for

• Patching between switches, patch panels and servers in data cabinets
• Short connections on desks or between adjacent network devices
• Environments requiring enhanced interference protection (S/FTP)
• Color-coded installations where visibility and organisation are important

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your switch, patch panel or device and the other into the corresponding port on the target device. Ensure connectors are fully seated until the latch clicks. Use the 0.25 m cable for short, direct connections to avoid excess cable slack; avoid tight bends near the connector and maintain the cable’s bend radius to preserve performance.

Recommendations

For best results, use this Cat.6 S/FTP patch cable in shielded network racks or where nearby electrical equipment may cause interference. Combine with compatible Cat.6 components (jacks, patch panels, and switches) to maintain end-to-end performance.
