Cablu patch ACT CAT5E U/UTP flexibil roșu 100 m

The ACT CAT5E U/UTP stranded patch cable in red on a 100 m reel is a flexible network cable designed for Ethernet and general data transmission. Constructed with four twisted pairs of stranded AWG24 copper conductors and a PVC jacket, the cable supports typical CAT5E performance and is suitable for structured cabling where flexibility and clear color coding are required.

Advantages

Stranded AWG24 conductors provide increased flexibility compared with solid-core cables, facilitating routing and installation in patch panels, racks, and temporary setups. The PVC jacket offers basic mechanical protection and durability for indoor environments. The red color improves visual identification and organization in complex cable runs.

Suitable for

• Ethernet patching in offices and data closets
• Connections between switches, patch panels and wall outlets
• Temporary and movable network setups where flexibility is needed

How to use

Cut the required length from the 100 m reel and terminate each end with compatible RJ45 plugs or use pre-assembled patch leads as needed. Maintain proper pair integrity when terminating and avoid excessive bending or crushing. Route the cable through cable trays or conduits and secure periodically to prevent strain on terminations. For best results, test continuity and pair wiring after termination using a cable tester.

Recommendations

Use this stranded CAT5E U/UTP cable for indoor patching and short runs up to typical Ethernet distances; avoid outdoor exposure or direct burial and do not use in environments requiring shielded cable or plenum-rated jackets.
