Cablu VGA MediaRange MRCS117 20 m

The MediaRange MRCS117 VGA cable with a 20 m length provides a reliable wired connection for analog video signals between computers, projectors, and displays. Featuring two standard 15-pin VGA (D-Sub) connectors, this cable is intended for transmitting RGB analog video over a single run, allowing placement of display equipment at a distance from the source without wireless interference or compression.

Advantages

The cable supports stable analog video transmission over an extended distance, reducing the need for multiple adapters or intermediate devices. Its two VGA (D-Sub) connectors are compatible with a wide range of legacy and current equipment that use the 15-pin VGA interface. The single-cable design simplifies installation and cable management in meeting rooms, classrooms, or home setups.

Key specifications

• Cable type: VGA (D-Sub) analog video cable
• Connector: 15-pin VGA (D-Sub) male to male
• Length: 20 meters
• Signal: Analog RGB video
• Typical use: Connection of PCs, projectors and VGA-capable monitors

How to use

Connect one end of the VGA cable to the VGA output of the source device (for example a computer or laptop) and the other end to the VGA input of the display device (projector or monitor). Secure connectors by tightening the thumb screws to maintain a stable mechanical and electrical connection. Configure the display settings on the source device to match the native resolution and refresh rate supported by the display to achieve optimal image quality.

Recommendations

Avoid running the VGA cable parallel to power cables or sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For long-term installations, ensure connectors are tightened and check periodically for wear. If you require digital transmission or higher resolutions beyond VGA capabilities, consider using digital interfaces such as HDMI or DisplayPort instead.
