Cablu SATA DeLOCK 85344 0,2 m negru transparent

The DeLOCK 85344 SATA cable is a 0.2 m internal data cable with SATA 7-pin connectors on both ends, designed to connect internal SATA devices such as hard disk drives, controller cards or flash storage. The cable meets the latest SATA standard and supports data transfer rates up to 6 Gb/s while remaining backwards compatible with earlier SATA versions. The connectors include metal clips to ensure a secure, audible click when mounted; when used with a hard drive the cable is oriented to lead downwards.

Advantages

This SATA cable supports up to 6 Gb/s transfer speed and is backwards compatible with previous SATA standards. At 0.2 m length it is suitable for short internal connections inside PC cases. The 7-pin connectors on both ends and metal locking clips provide a reliable mechanical connection. The black transparent design offers a balance of durability and flexibility for internal routing.

Suitable for

• Connecting internal HDDs to motherboard or controller cards
• Connecting SATA-based flash storage devices
• Short internal cable runs inside PC cases
• Upgrading or replacing existing SATA cables

Key specifications

• Cable length: 0.2 m
• Connectors: SATA 7-pin – both ends
• Data transfer rate: up to 6 Gb/s (SATA III)
• Compatibility: backwards compatible with previous SATA versions
• Colour: Black, Transparent
• Packaging: polybag

How to use

Align each SATA 7-pin connector with the corresponding SATA port on the drive and the motherboard or controller card, then push until the metal clip clicks into place to secure the connection. Route the 0.2 m cable inside the case to avoid obstructing fans or other components. For drives that require the cable to lead downwards, position the connector accordingly before securing the drive.

Recommendations

Use the cable only for internal SATA connections; avoid excessive bending or pulling. Ensure both devices and the system are powered off when connecting or disconnecting the cable. For maximum data rate, connect devices that support SATA III; if using older SATA devices, data speed will be limited to their supported standard.
