Cablu patch S/FTP ROLINE Cat.6a solid gri 90 m

ROLINE S/FTP Patch Cord Cat.6a solid grey 90m is a 90-metre patch cable designed for high-speed data transmission between network devices. The cable uses a 4-pair solid copper conductor with full braid shielding and pairs wrapped in aluminium-clad polyester foil, delivered with screened RJ-45 connectors on both ends and moulded kink protection for durable handling.

Advantages

Prepared as an S/FTP (shielded overall braid plus foil-shielded pairs) cable, this Cat.6a patch cord reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, supporting reliable performance in PoE and multimedia applications transmitted over twisted pair. High-quality plugs with gold-plated contacts and contact wiring 1:1 according to EIA/TIA-568 ensure consistent connectivity and signal integrity.

Suitable for

• Patch connections in data cabinets and network racks
• PoE devices such as IP phones, cameras and access points
• Multimedia signal extension over twisted pair
• High-bandwidth LAN installations in offices and homes

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat.6a
• Length: 90 m
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid + foil-shielded pairs)
• Conductor: 4-pair solid copper
• Connectors: Screened RJ-45 on both ends
• Contact plating: Gold plated contacts
• Wiring: 1:1 (EIA/TIA-568)
• Colour: Grey

How to use

Measure and cut to the required run from the 90 m supply, taking care to avoid tight bends or kinks. Terminate using the screened RJ-45 connectors provided, or install pre-assembled lengths as required. Ensure correct 1:1 pinout matching at both ends and maintain the cable shielding continuity when connecting to shielded outlets or patch panels to preserve performance.

Recommendations

For best results, route the S/FTP patch cord away from strong electromagnetic sources and avoid sharp bends. Maintain shielding continuity with compatible screened infrastructure and verify PoE power requirements against cable length and installation conditions.
