Cablu patch plat Equip Cat.6A U/FTP, 10,0 m, galben

The equip® Cat.6A U/FTP Patch Cord is a flat, 10.0 m Ethernet patch cable engineered for 10GBase-T networks. Made from quality materials and tested for 10 Gbit/s performance, it includes gold-plated RJ-45 connectors and U/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference. The flat form factor and 10 m length simplify routing along walls, under carpets, or in tight cabling channels while the yellow colour helps identify connections.

Advantages

The U/FTP shielding improves signal integrity by protecting individual pairs from crosstalk and external interference. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts provide reliable contact and corrosion resistance. The flat cable profile saves space and eases installation in narrow gaps or under flooring. The 10 m length offers flexibility for longer patching runs without additional couplers.

Suitable for

• 10GBase-T LAN connections requiring up to 10 Gbit/s
• Home or office network wiring with limited space
• Routing along walls, under carpets, or in cable trays
• Identifying runs by colour-coded cabling

Key specifications

• Cabling technology: 10GBase-T
• Cable length: 10 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated
• Shielding: U/FTP (unshielded jacket with foil around each pair)
• Product colour: Yellow
• Weight: 0.2408 kg

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to the network device (switch, router, or NIC) and the other RJ-45 end to the corresponding port on the receiving device. Route the flat cable along walls, under carpets, or inside cable channels to minimise visibility and save space. Avoid tight kinks; follow gentle bends to preserve performance. Ensure both devices support 10GBase-T if 10 Gbit/s throughput is required.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference and do not overstretch. Use the cable in environments within normal indoor temperature and humidity ranges. If permanent in-wall installation is planned, verify local fire and building codes regarding cable ratings and consider appropriate plenum- or in-wall-rated alternatives.
