Cablu patch EXERTIS CONNECT Cat.6 S/FTP, 2 m, alb 856869

Network installations often fail because of electromagnetic interference, crosstalk, or cables that break at the connector. This 2-metre white patch cable solves those problems with double shielding and a slim, snagless boot that protects the plug without blocking neighbouring ports.

Who is it for

IT technicians, office administrators, and home users who need a reliable Gigabit Ethernet link in tight patch panels, wall outlets, or desk setups where space is limited and interference is present.

Main features

• S/FTP shielding: braided screen plus foil around each twisted pair (PiMF) for maximum protection against EMI and crosstalk.
• CAT.6 performance: supports 10/100/1000 Mbps and 10GBASE-T over short distances, with bandwidth up to 250 MHz.
• Slim snagless boot: extra narrow bend protection allows easy unplugging in high-density patch fields without damaging the latch.
• LSZH jacket: low smoke zero halogen material reduces toxic fumes and corrosive gases in case of fire.
• Gold-plated RJ45 connectors: 50 µm gold plating ensures reliable contact and long-term corrosion resistance.
• Stranded copper conductors (AWG 27/7) provide flexibility for frequent re-patching.

Tips

For best performance, keep the cable away from power lines and use it with CAT.6 or higher rated components. The slim boot is ideal for switches with closely spaced ports.
