Cablu patch Equip Cat.6 S/FTP, 0,5 m, verde

The Equip Cat.6 S/FTP Patch Cable, 0.5 m in green, is a shielded Ethernet patch cord designed for reliable high-speed network connections. Constructed from quality materials and tested to meet industry standards, this Cat.6 S/FTP cable provides improved bandwidth and signal-to-noise margin for stable data transmission in demanding network environments.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, supporting more consistent throughput. The 0.5 m length offers a compact connection between devices while gold-plated RJ‑45 connectors improve contact reliability and corrosion resistance. Compatible with 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks, the cable supports up to 1000 Mbit/s data rates for typical Gigabit Ethernet applications.

Suitable for

• Short patch connections between switches, routers and wall outlets
• Desktop or rack-mounted equipment in home and small office networks
• Environments requiring reduced interference and stable Gigabit links

Key specifications

• Length: 0.5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall shield with individually shielded pairs)
• Data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s
• Color: Green
• Weight: 0.033 kg

How to use

Insert each RJ‑45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port on your devices until the latch clicks. Use the 0.5 m cable for short-distance patching inside racks, between a switch and a patch panel, or to connect a desktop PC to a nearby network outlet. Ensure connectors are fully seated and avoid sharp bends to maintain performance.

Recommendations

For best performance, route the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference (large motors, fluorescent lighting ballast, or unshielded power cables). Inspect connectors for damage before use and replace the cable if shielding or jacket integrity is compromised.
