Cablu patch Ekivalan OM5 duplex LC/LC, verde lime, 50 m COZOM5LCLC2SL0500A

Data centre technicians deploying high-speed backbone links will appreciate this 50-metre OM5 duplex patch cable. The lime green LSZH jacket stands out in dense fibre trays, while the LC duplex connectors provide a secure, low-loss connection for 40G to 400G Ethernet.

Key specifications

• Fibre type: OM5 multimode, 50/125 µm core/cladding
• Connectors: LC duplex to LC duplex, A-B polarity
• Length: 50 m
• Jacket: LSZH, lime green
• Insertion loss: ≤ 0.3 dB per connector pair
• Return loss: ≥ 30 dB
• Bandwidth: 2800 MHz·km @ 850 nm, 1800 MHz·km @ 953 nm
• Operating temperature: -20 °C to 70 °C
• Minimum bend radius: 7.5 mm

Why choose it

OM5 wideband multimode fibre supports short-wavelength division multiplexing, allowing four wavelengths over a single pair. This cable is ideal for 100G and 400G SR4 links in modern data centres, with a bend-insensitive design that simplifies routing in tight spaces.

Ideal use cases

• 40GBASE-SR4, 100GBASE-SR4, 200GBASE-SR4, 400GBASE-SR4 Ethernet
• Fibre channel and InfiniBand interconnects
• High-density patching between switches, servers, and storage

Good to know

The LSZH jacket emits low smoke and no halogen in case of fire, making it suitable for enclosed equipment rooms. The A-B polarity ensures correct transmit-to-receive alignment when used in standard duplex infrastructure.
