Cablu optic DeLOCK 88072 LC Duplex la LC Duplex OS2 3 m

The DeLOCK Optical Fiber Cable LC Duplex to LC Duplex OS2 3m is a singlemode fibre patch cable designed for reliable, high-speed data transmission in network environments. With LC duplex connectors on both ends and an OS2 multimode specification with a 9 µm core diameter, the 3 m yellow cable supports full-duplex links between devices such as switches and media converters, while maintaining a compact profile suitable for structured cabling runs.

Advantages

This optical fiber cable features LC duplex connectors on both ends and an OS2 singlemode core that provides low attenuation over longer distances. The connectors are angled and can be oriented in any direction (right, left, up or down), allowing space-saving installation in narrow or crowded patch panels and device ports. The 3 m length and yellow jacket make routing and identification straightforward in standard network setups.

How to use

Align and insert each LC connector into the corresponding LC port on your devices, ensuring the latch clicks into place. If needed, rotate the angled connector to the required orientation before inserting to achieve a space-saving routing path. Avoid bending the cable beyond its minimum bend radius and secure it along the cable management path to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this OS2 singlemode cable where singlemode fibre is specified and avoid mixing multimode and singlemode fibres on the same link. Inspect connector endfaces for dust or contamination and clean with appropriate fibre cleaning tools before installation.
