Cablu HDMI ShiverPeaks BASIC-S 1,5m

The ShiverPeaks BASIC-S 1.5m HDMI cable is a standard HDMI Type A to Type A cable designed for reliable transmission of high-definition video and multi-channel audio. It features gold-plated contacts to improve conductivity and reduce corrosion, supports a data transfer rate up to 8.16 Gbit/s, and comes in a 1.5 meter length in white finish suitable for typical home media and office setups.

Advantages

The cable’s gold-plated HDMI Type A connectors provide stable signal contact and lower contact resistance. With an 8.16 Gbit/s transfer capability, it supports high-quality video and audio streams for HD sources. The 1.5 m length offers a balance between flexibility and minimal signal loss for most desktop, TV and AV configurations, while the white jacket blends with light-coloured interiors.

Suitable for

• Connecting HDTVs, monitors and projectors to Blu-ray players, media players, or set-top boxes
• Linking computers and laptops with HDMI output to external displays or TVs
• Home theater and living room AV setups where a short-to-medium cable length is needed
• Presentations and meeting rooms requiring straightforward HDMI connections

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1.5 m

• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts
• Data transfer rate: up to 8.16 Gbit/s

How to use

Ensure both devices are powered off or in standby before connecting. Insert one HDMI Type A connector into the HDMI output of the source device and the other into the HDMI input of the display device until they seat firmly. Power on devices and select the appropriate HDMI input on the display. Adjust display resolution and audio settings on source or display devices as needed to match supported formats.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid sharp bends and excessive tension along the cable path. Keep cable runs away from large sources of electromagnetic interference such as unshielded power transformers or motors. If using in an AV cabinet, allow some slack to prevent connector stress and ensure good ventilation around connected devices.
