Ensure both devices support the desired resolution and refresh rate, and select the correct HDMI input on the display. For optimal performance, use device settings to enable HDMI 2.1 features such as higher refresh rates or enhanced color formats if available.

Recommendations

For best results, verify that connected devices and cables are set to HDMI 2.1 modes in their settings and use high-quality HDMI ports on both source and display. Avoid sharp bends and excessive tension on the cable to maintain signal integrity. If you experience signal issues at maximum resolutions, try reducing resolution or refresh rate, check connections, or replace with a shorter cable if necessary.
