Cablu DisplayPort VALUE 14.99.3469 50 m negru

The VALUE 14.99.3469 DisplayPort cable is a 50 m active optical cable (AOC) with DisplayPort connectors at both ends, designed for high-resolution video and audio transmission. Supporting UHD resolution up to 7680 x 4320 at 60 Hz, this black cable provides a long-distance connection without the need for an external power supply and is suitable for professional installations that require reliable signal integrity over extended runs.

Advantages

The active fiber optic design enables stable transmission over 50 m while maintaining UHD (7680x4320 @60Hz) capability. Its small diameter makes routing in cable ducts easier compared with bulkier copper alternatives. As an AOC, it does not require an additional power adapter and offers durable performance for long-distance DisplayPort connections.

Suitable for

• Connecting monitors and displays over long distances
• Video walls and multi-display installations
• Conference rooms, control rooms and lecture halls
• Professional AV setups requiring UHD 8K @60Hz

How to use

Connect one DisplayPort connector to the source device (PC, media player, or graphics output) and the other connector to the display device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted to establish the optical connection. No external power supply is required; the active cable derives necessary power from the connected devices. Route the cable through cable ducts as needed, taking advantage of its small diameter for tighter bends and constrained spaces.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid sharp bends and excessive tensile stress on the cable. Verify that connected devices support DisplayPort and the desired UHD resolution. When installing in permanent runs, secure the cable to prevent movement and protect connector ends from dust and moisture.
